myTalentPlace was founded by Dr. Grant Crow. Grant has 22 years of experience focusing on people development, primarily in entrepreneurial environments. Together with a Doctorate in Organisational Learning and Leadership, he has senior management experience. This includes Managing Director of Stepstone UK Ltd and Managing Director of ExecuTRACK Ltd. Grant’s views on Talent management have been published in the CEO Magazine, HR Director, Executive Grapevine and others.
