How to get into this career ?

Career Choices

2 primary routes. Firstly, enter as a trainee with A levels and a study package and work as an assistant to a senior. Secondly, enter with an undergraduate degree. Becoming chartered requires 14 exams to be sat as well as 3 years experience to be accumulated. You don’t have to be chartered, but it widens your options

School Subject Requirements

3GCSE’s and 2 A levels in 5 different subjects with English and maths required for ACCA acceptance

Uni/College Requirements

It’s not essential to study a commercial degree, although it helps. You will still need to complete the ACCA qualification (3 – 4 years).

Alternative routes

Start working once you’ve completed your A levels and study the ACCA while you work. You’ll develop really good skills this way.
